Yorgos Trillidis, Partner
Yorgos Trillidis holds an LLB form the University of Athens, an MSc from the University of Edinburgh and an MA from the University of East Anglia. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association (admitted in 2003), the International Bar Association and the International Lawyers Group.
Yorgos is the Head of our Litigation Department and his main areas of practice are corporate and commercial litigation, banking and finance, tort and media law. His experience extends to dealing with international disputes, pursuing or defending remedies for injunctive relief such as Mareva Injunctions, Anton Piller Orders and Norwich Pharmacal Orders. He has extensive experience in cross-border, EU and non-EU, actions including procedures for enforcement of foreign judgments, arbitral awards and interim measures in aid of foreign proceedings. Yorgos handles complex, high profile cases from a broad array of civil jurisdiction matters usually with a strong element of urgency and multi-jurisdictional impact.
